Last Fall Parkwell organized an employee satisfaction survey through Energage. We were looking for feedback from our employees, but we also hoped that our commitment to our people would result in recognition as a Top Workplace.

Parkwell prioritizes the mission to Put People at the Center of Parking and in doing so, remains focused to employee culture and experience. We are proud that our team members see the benefit of our people first culture and thank them for contributing to our success through feedback in the confidential employee survey that uniquely measured 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
We will continue to look for opportunities to engage, enrich, and encourage our employees to be the best they can be.
