In 2018 Parkwell was selected through a competitive bid process to manage the standalone parking garage at 18th & Wazee in the Union Station neighborhood in downtown Denver. We immediately implemented a series of upgrades that included:
- Rebrand to Music Garage
- Installation of 40+ high def cameras with a glass storefront monitoring room with 6 giant monitors facing the public sidewalk on 18th St
- Installation of Sonos sound system on each level of parking garage
- Installation of new FlashPARCS system
- New paint and artwork throughout
The improvements help us take this asset to the next level, delivering outstanding results for the ownership and offering something unique to downtown Denver.
