Parkwell Announces Strategic Partnership with Kilroy Realty to Manage Parking for Premier Properties Across Southern California

Under this partnership, Parkwell will manage parking operations for the following Kilroy properties:


Columbia Square

Columbia Square is a modern interpretation of a studio lot, built on the fabled grounds of CBS. This media village consists of historic and Class A workspaces, collaborative indoor/outdoor areas, prime dining options, and a 200-unit residential tower.

On Vine is a 3.5 acre mixed-use campus consists of three low-rise office buildings, a 20-story residential tower, a studio production theatre, and 13,000 sq ft of retail space on a full city block in the heart of Hollywood.

Sunset Media Center
