RiNo is getting a new office building along the Brighton Corridor. Dubbed, Rev360, and offering 140,000 square feet of office and 30,000 square feet of retail, this is an exciting new project being delivered by Haselden Construction in partnership with Tributary Real Estate. Parkwell has been selected to manage the parking garage consisting of 500+ stalls and will be working alongside the JLL management team.
If you’ve been to RiNo recently then you know that parking in the neighborhood has become scarcer and scarcer. The addition of the Rev360 public parking garage will surely bring some much needed relief. We’re thrilled to be able to offer the neighborhood a new safe and convenient parking option.
Parkwell is increasing its footprint in RiNo with the addition of Rev360, we currently provide services at The Source Hotel and Market, Zeppelin Station, and Backyard on Blake.
