Building on its success and rapid growth in Denver, Parkwell is partnering with premier commercial real estate owners and operators to provide parking services at Class A commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality properties throughout the region.
In Salt Lake City, the company has begun managing parking operations at two premier properties in collaboration with Lyonis commercial property management:
Walker Center

The 60,000+ square foot Axis Building and its parking garage are located adjacent to the Salt Palace Convention Center and just two blocks from the City Creek retail center in the Salt Lake City Central Business District.
